I really wanted to like it, but this thing starts hurting after about ten minutes. Maybe it’s fine for a quick spin around the block, but for anything longer, no thanks.

I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but waubike.com actually looks good. The overall design is clean, and the bike photos really do a lot of the work without the pages feeling messy or overloaded.
The colors and layout are nicer than I wanted to give it credit for. It has a modern feel, but thankfully it doesn’t try too hard, and I was able to find the main info quickly.

My only real gripe is that some sections feel a little too spread out on mobile, which made a bit more scrolling than I’d like. Still, it’s a solid site overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I got it set up without much trouble at all. I was expecting the assembly to take longer, but once I laid everything out, it was straightforward. it went together easier than I thought it would.

I was expecting the battery to last a lot longer, especially compared to similar products I’ve used before. It drained way faster than I thought it would, which was disappointing

The frame feels decent overall, but umm, it doesn’t really give off a super sturdy or premium vibe. It’s fine for basic use, just not anything that really impressed me.

The customer service was okay, a bit slow to get things moving, but they did help me out in the end.

I really wanted to like this, but wow, the price is just too much for what you actually get. At this point, I expected way better quality and at least decent service, and neither really happened. It’s frustrating because when you pay this much, you shouldn’t be sitting there wondering why you bothered. Feels like I got ripped off, honestly

I’ve been riding my waubike for a few weeks now, and the motor has been doing its job well. It kicks in quick enough for me and makes the little hills around my neighborhood a lot less annoying, which is exactly why I bought it in the first place.
The only thing I’ve noticed is it doesn’t feel quite as punchy once the battery gets low, but I guess that’s partly on me for waiting too long to charge it. It still rides fine, though, and overall I’m happy with it.

The bike showed up a day later than it was supposed to, which was a bit annoying, so whoever runs this could probably tighten that up. That said, the tracking worked fine the whole time and the box arrived in good shape. Overall, I’m still happy with how the delivery went

I got far into checkout, but I couldn’t find clear info about payment protection or privacy, and the whole thing felt a little sketchy. I ended up leaving without buying, but I still felt that annoying buyer’s remorse feeling just from almost going through with it. Wish the site made that stuff easier to find.
